TARGET BENEFICIARIES:
- Young children who have been abandoned. Many children have been born and abandoned for different reasons especially born with HIV/AIDS. This has increased their vulnerability to other opportunistic diseases and sent them to their early graves. When such children are taken care of their life expectancy is prolonged and they live happy with their fellow children.
- Children orphaned by HIV/AIDS. A very large number of children in Africa has been orphaned by HIV/AIDS where Uganda has not been exceptional, children are left hopeless with many of them under the ages of 15 heading families. This absurdity has prompted us to take care of such children to raise their hope especially through the gospel of the lord Jesus Christ that restores their minds to view things beyond their current conditions. They belong to a family of their fellow children with the same conditions; have love from us and a hope for the future.
- Children from very poor backgrounds. Poverty, disease and ignorance being the most disabling conditions in Africa and Uganda in particular, these monsters have for generations been known for creating a circle of vulnerability inherited from generation to generation. Though with parents, children with such background need help as much as those orphaned by HIV/AIDS and those abandoned by their parents without which they can’t make it on their own.
CRITERIA FOR SELECTING BENEFICIARIES TO THE PROJECT:
Children are admitted to the foundation on the basis of their vulnerability. Though in Uganda this is very hard to determine because of it magnitude- some children are definitely more vulnerable than others. Use is made of the local council one (LC 1) and the church leaders to provide more insight on the living conditions of children who are said to be vulnerable. From the project, further assessment is made to demine the children with the most pre-disposing conditions to determine who gets considered first depending on the resources available at hand.

1. Concerts organized by Kumbaya children’s choir.
2. Donations and grants.

Through thick and thin we persevered but these challenges have still prevailed;
1. Facilities are a serious challenge, we are renting premises for farming projects and operational office
2. Funds for meeting school fees costs for all the children and basic needs like feeding and medical care are pressing at the moment.
3. A challenge of the personnel especial technical support

3. Setting up an art gallery where the hand works of our talented children can be displayed
